We OFFER Payroll Services for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly clients.
- Calculate time-card hours
- We can prepare the actual Payroll Checks - PDF a file for you to print the check – or Direct Deposit (there is a small fee per transaction impose by QuickBooks for Direct Deposit)
- Prepare all federal and state Payroll Tax returns, track paid time off, and accrue Payroll Tax expenses to assist clients in cash management.

We offer a secure place for your financial data. Our office is monitored by a security alarm, the property is fenced & padlocked, check stock is secured in a locked cabinet not accessible to visitors, we do not have signature authority on client accounts, off-site backups are maintained and we use a post office box for mail.
